What information should I provide after the purchase?We would like all content and imagery before the work is to start. Also you may send us sample brochures that you like and a brief.

What does the "Brochure Design" includes?It includes all brochure formats or books. You may select the number of pages of the final brochure.

Can you create a Digital/e-Brochure?Yes, we can create a digital/e-Brochure as well, please inform us after your purchase that you want the brochure in print, in digital or in both. We will design and pack your files to meet your needs.

Will you proof read our content?No, unfortunately it is required that you do the proof read process before sending your content. Please make sure it is the content is completed and verified. This will help us just focus only on the layout design work, not typo work. This could end to more professional fast work.

Do I need to acquire a special additional license to use the work?If we use in your project assets from 3rd parties (such as fonts, patterns, photos, etc). You may want to acquire license to them. It will be the client's responsibility to acquire and keep any 3rd party license.

What files will I receive?The final files will be print-ready, 300dpi high quality in PDF and JPG formats, including bleeds and crop marks. It is best to ask your printing house for their specific requirements, and include them before placing the order.

What is a variation?A variation refers to the number of different designs. The number of variations is clearly specified in the packages offered, however we tend to cover as many different styles as possible to fit your needs.

What is a revision?A revision refers to the changes/modifications. You may provide us new changes in the deliveries until you run out of the revisions. The number of revisions is clearly specified in the packages offered.
