Our Affiliate partners drive traffic to your service page. The prices of your service are automatically raised by 10% temporarily. If a sale occurs, you, xDesk and the Affiliate earn their cut. You: 60%, xDesk: 10%, Affiliate 40%.
If a sale is made without an affiliate link, you also get 90% and xDesk gets 10%. This way we will be able to invest in Google and Social Network Ads.
Our xDesk Quality Assurance employees will help your customers like a virtual assistant would. They will also answer presale questions and persuade potential
customers into purchasing your service in a professional and transparent manner.

How do I communicate with xDesk Quality Assurance Employees
By using our chat module or a contact form.
Never give out your password. Now and again we may ask for a few things from you, but:
We will never ask you by email, messages, or comments to provide us with your password or sign-in credentials.
We will never ask you to email us your password.
We will never prompt you to log into a site outside of the xDesk domain, nor to download and install an application.
Please never download or run such applications or email attachments, as they are definitely not coming from us.
How can I communicate with our past customers?
Any customer may choose to share contact information with your company for future contact.
Can we use our domain name www.example.com to sell our services?
Yes, for a price of $1000, we will design and build your own website. Please use our partner contact form to let us know.
Is there any limit on how many services can we upload on xDesk?
Yes, you may upload up to 3 services under the same subcategory ex Logos.
Is there any limit on the prices of each service?
Yes, any service starts from $150. However there is no top limit.
How do I close my account?
Please contact any of our xDesk Quality Assurance employees to close your account.

What ways do you offer so we can receive our funds?
We trust Paypal to make all the transactions.
How the order process is described?
Buyers pay xDesk for orders in advance. The dedicated xDesk Quality Assurance member will preview the order for missing information. Once the order is created and started, sellers must fulfill their orders as described in their service description and must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the platform.
The dedicated xDesk QA member will accompany the process using the chat along with up to 3 members of your company and the customer.
Once work is delivered, the buyer and the dedicated xDesk Quality Assurance member has three days to respond and post a review. If no response is provided within the response time, the order will be considered completed. After the order is marked as complete, we will send the funds to your Paypal account.
Are there any fees when withdrawing revenue?
Paypal keeps 1% of withdrawing revenue.
Do I have to pay taxes on income earned on xDesk?
It is the sole responsibility for sellers to verify their personal tax obligation, report, and pay taxes according to the laws of the state and/or country of residence, as applicable and required by local law and regulations.
How can I contact a buyer?
Sellers cannot contact new buyers. The only way to communicate with a buyer is if an order is initiated, a "Conversation" thread is created and you will be able to communicate with the buyer. You may also contact the buyer if the buyer contacts you first.
What if my file upload or delivery upload fails?
Uploading files can sometimes fail for various reasons. Sometimes a photo simply doesn't want to upload. Make sure you check the following before asking for further assistance:
Make sure your Flash is up to date on your computer. Flash normally updates automatically for most modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox) but may still have limitations in older versions of modern browsers (Internet Explorer).
Make sure your image is a JPEG or PNG.
Clear your cookies for xDesk - sometimes cookies can hold on to a "session" where your browser thinks it's still loading an image file. Refreshing your page helps clear the session, but in most cases, clearing your cookies helps.
Can I partially cancel/refund an order?
Orders can not be partially cancelled or refunded at this time. Once an order is created and there is a need to partially cancel/refund your buyer, we recommend that you ask your buyer to place a new order. Once that new order is created and then marked as complete, you can cancel the original order.
What happens when the customer wants a refund?
Since the dedicated xDesk QA member, your company members and the customer are on the same conversation chat since the beggining of the order, we can always find a resolution in a professional manner.
